Re-modeling of a two level 1980s loft where the traditional use of floors was reversed. This made full use of area flow, utilising space in a more efficient and practical way. Structural works included the relocation of the main stairwell from the side of the apartment and installed a central position using a contemporary steel & wood staircase complete with glass balustrade and new partitions with integral sliding doors. Services were completely replaced and upgraded. The bathroom and showroom were finished in blue mosaics which were also applied to the curved bath surround creating a seamless finish. We delivered bespoke finishes throughout the including over sized wardrobes to complete the contemporary look of this stunning new loft.
