RIBA Award winning project which breathed new light into this
previously dark house, formally built as a library annex to the adjoining
property. David Mikhail cleverly transformed the property utilising
light and clever design. The project consisted of two main elements,
the main house and the annex studio at the rear of the garden. The
construction involved demolishing the rear of the existing building,
remodeling the front part while building a new three-storied extension
incorporating a bespoke two storied glass box to the rear. featuring
