Project Hopton Street | Architect Guard Tillman Pollock Ltd Architects

This loft apartment was fitted out from the original developers shell. The space was divided into two main areas, a living area which was a two storey section to the rear. The upper level consisted of a bedroom with concealed furniture including a drop down bed, this lead into the bathroom with a purpose built glass walled shower. Directly underneath housed the kitchen, study and a paint storage utility area, these rooms were closed off by full height pivot doors.
