Originally a quality six bedroom traditional family home that in recent years had been arranged as three separate apartments. The clients were keen to restore the character of the property but wanted to create a contemporary modern living space. Ormond was requested to reinstate original features including decorative cornice / coving and wall panels. The property was completely re-modeled and refurbished. High specification audio visual services were installed in all rooms. Air conditioning was included in the master bedroom & bathroom although unsuited within their private quarters. Our craftsmen also installed bespoke joinery including paneled interior doors, wardrobes and mouldings.
