An existing single storey converted garage was demolished to create a modern home on five split levels. The new build provided a spacious open plan dwelling on a very tight urban site. Accommodation comprised a new concrete basement room and bathroom, split level living space, kitchen, master bathroom, study and a free floating bedroom under the stainless steel roof.
